Sargent, Tyler & West has been offering insurance to the people of the Bangor area since 1869. During the years, the agency has grown due to the desire of smaller agencies to become a part of our team. We are proud of the acquisitions of the Lenfest Insurance Agency, Francis E. Casey, Inc., The West Agency, L. C. Tyler Agency, Fred Hassen Agency, Neal Associates of Bangor, W. L. Thibodeau Agency, and the Soucy-Black Agency. Through our mergers, and our desire to provide our clients with quality service, we have a staff of 11 Professional Insurance Agents and 14 knowledgeable Customer Service Representatives. Our commitment to the community is shown by our staff’s active involvement in Rotary, Kiwanis, Lions, Little League, Insurance Women of Eastern Maine, Boy Scouts of America, United Way, Chamber of Commerce, and Special Olympics, American Heart Association, Bangor Humane Society, Race for the Cure just to mention a few.
